Sneak Peek: Canada Beef cooks up a culinary centre spring 2015

In our quest to expand our beef knowledge, we’re building a brand new culinary centre — our very own Centre of Excellence in Calgary Alberta! Sneak Peek here.

Our Centre will be a key effort to grow and share beef knowledge so we can help THE WORLD (and you) enjoy Canadian Beef at its best. This new facility will have a slick homestyle test kitchen, meat cutting facility, demonstration theatre and restaurant and product development area for trying out beefy new product ideas.

What more could a beef lover ask for?? We’ll be working on new cooking lesson videos in the Centre this spring as part of our opening plans — more news of Centre activities to come to you via Make it Beef Club newsletter and MakeitBEEF.ca next spring!
